I've noticed that farming the three elementals in Baileys seems to force a weather change from dark to ice and from ice to dark, or from ice to nothing, or dark to nothing. It could be confirmed by timing average weather periods and then timing them with farming. It seems like it might be coded to prevent overfarming of clusters.
