Can someone confirm that this is only in effect when you have Signet? I'm San d'Orian in an area controlled by Windurst, signet just wore off and I'm now 14MP short. First time this has happened to me so I didn't know you had to have signet for the effect.

Yes, any "Nation's Control" items only work under the effect of signet. I think they might work under Sanction, but only in conquest zones --Feba 07:40, 24 June 2006 (PDT)
