Very few times in a Summoner's career will the subjob be something other than WHM. Note that WHM has the Job Trait Auto Regen, and keeping HP < 76% is often very difficult to maintain. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by CyarinHades (talk • contribs).

I would agree, but with the latest expansion and the release of the job Scholar, this ring is slightly more viable option because scholar as a sub job does not have the trait Auto Regen. If you plan to sub white mage I wouldn't bother.
