Nanaa Mihgo

Edited the part about talking to Nanaa Mihgo. I can verify that you do not need to talk to her, but can simply trade the Star Spinel. Edited to reflect that talking to her is optional. Also, you CAN have Rock Racketeer active and complete the quest, so I removed and cleaned up that part as well.
