Since 0 is less than or equal to 5% of any given number, I don't see why not. If you meant on a class with 0 MP, well, just look at what classes can equip it and that ought to answer your question. --Gravagar 22:27, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

Oddly enough, I got this to drop when I was attempting to get blood from the bats for the Drain quest. I had many options to open, but guess my lucky 13 :D --Madd74 20:12, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
