WHM used Benediction and Doom stayed on. I don't know whether Benediction only has a chance of taking it off or whether SE forgot about Doom in their modification of Benediction (that is supposed to remove all status effects).

How the effect is inflicted/gained
You cannot "gain" a detrimental status effect. This is only "inflicted" or "received", but since pages link to this section, I'm not changing it. --Kylep2 03:03, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
