Delay Cap formula

Tested this as a THF using a 188 delay knife vs Diatryma, with a 71 DNC helping out. For each of the screenshots below, the DNC was at full HP, so it couldn't have been a hit where his weapon did a drain but showed under my Drain. Max I could drain was 26, and when I was wearing 4% haste from Rap. Harness, it was 25.

This leads to it being (DLY*14)/100 to get the HP: (144*14)/100=26.32 and 180 or 181 delay from 4 haste is: (180*14)/100=25.34. 181 delay is the same number when truncated. Your own screenshots show that it can drain for less then the cap. Are you completely certain that it wasn't draining the full amount instead for the 25? How many Diatrymas did you test this on with haste and without haste? Those screenshots don't really prove anything to be honest. Please add more details about your testing if you can.Zareth 04:02, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

It was quite a while ago(that's 6 months now) but it wasn't just on one or two. I fought a large amount of them while farming, but unfortunately don't have all that data anymore. You're welcome to test it yourself with more extensive data to prove it wrong. I was only looking for maxes at the time, instead of writing down each one. I also didn't have kparser at that time, which I'm not even sure if it counts those individually... --Chatokun 16:40, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
