Ironically, the NM drops the same item that every other monster in its family has a chance of dropping, and I have more luck farming these headbands on the normal malboro than I do on the NM. --Overgryph 08:55, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

Just camped this for Magian's quest with 4 other JP and took 3 hours and 40 mins from the time i showed up. i haveno clue how long the other players were camping. Xayn-Serin

Camping this with some JPs now, who say the pop time is 6 hours... It's been 7 since the last pop, and still nothing. Anyone else having trouble with this guy? On my previous trials, it seemed to be 60-90 minutes. - Ravidrath

  • It could be the JPs killed it and didn't inform you. They can do that sometimes, they did it with me too and we were in a party, they didn't let me know it was up, killed it, and then left group. I had to wait another 6 hours for the respawn. --Geekgirl101 14:01, June 16, 2012 (UTC)

Killed it twice today both around 60 minute windows. Going for third and taking longer, just the randomness of lottery spawn nms don't think anything is broken. --Oomyung 05:59, August 14, 2010 (UTC)

I exited from Crawler Nest and killed the first Ochu I saw. I noticed there were two other JP players camping there (who I later teamed up with). Luckily, the NM popped (about 5 mins after I killed that Ochu). We were all happy. We tried to continue have our second kill but the JP players left in the middle. I also fell asleep ... Much to much surprise, I found myself standing at Port Jeuno when I woke up. WTF. I checked the log and found two things - (1) I got killed by Simurgh (NM)!! Stupid BIrd! (2) Someone was killing Drooling Daisy when I was lying dead on the ground. Time was 2 conquest updates since my last kill. Anyway, it has been around 6hrs since then. I got 4 dodge headhands from Ochus and Drooling Daisy still hasn't popped. --Sgmayor 3:43pm PST, January 26, 2011
