If you equip this and the Warlock's hat, is it like 2 extra Fast Cast levels? Because I heard the Warlock's Chapeau provides the likeness of an extra fast cast level, but an item like the Rostrum Pumps provide only a bit of the fast cast trait, but not as much as a RDM's fast cast trait. But I guess there are different situations where you would wear those 2 or just this and the Duelist's Chapeau for the refresh or whatever. Just a thought. --Baraddur 03:34, 22 October 2006 (EDT)

• Warlock's Chapeau is 10% Fast Cast, which is -10% Spellcasting Time, and -5% Recast. This is the same, Loquacious Earring and Rostrum Pumps are both only 2%- spellcasting and 1%- recast. Still not including the trait thats 24% less casting time still.
