My goldsmithing skill is 49.6 and I crafted 2 of these without skill up on windsday facing south with 21% moon. I know 2 synths isn't a lot but under those circumstances i think it would have been likely to get at least .1 on one of the synths if I had been under cap. --Aramiltaru 03:55, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
