With Smithing 55 + paid guild support it let me attempt to make this. Failed however with 2 attempts. The first time I lost all materials. The 2nd time I lost everything except the Dweomer Steel Ingot.ChaosX128 02:34, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

After reviewing all the data on crafting, I'm putting the range on this based on my experience being able to attempt, but not successfully at 64-67.ChaosX128 02:58, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

Perhaps you are missing a required subcraft?
