Just tried Esuna on spider slow. It removes it while under the effect of Affilatus: Misery. Does not erase Slow without Misery active. Uzor 00:14, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

Doesn't remove Curse without Afflatus Misery and so is limited beyond the effects only erase can remove without the JA up --Garuda-Dwayna 15:22, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

In case anyone was wondering, I tested Esuna on Imp's Abrasive Tantara move in the Mire, once with no JA up, then once each with Solace and Misery up. Each time it had no effect and did not remove Amnesia. Not suprising, but I figured someone out there would want to know. Blendercat 01:49, 10 April 2009 (UTC)

Somehow I did not trust SE to actually do something nice to WHMs. Most of these updates just seem to be SE playing make-up for SCH, and now it is a 60k+ spell that really doesn't sound that useful over Divine Seal + Erase after you get Divine Veil. ~*~Darkillusion ~*~ 15:47, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

While it seems that way at first, there are many many times where this will be useful. Paralysis shower, Blindga, Bindga, Graviga, Bubble Shower, Sonic Boom, Acid Mist and countless other abilities like these that get spammed back-to-back in events like Dynamis and Einherjar will now be easily removed instead of relying on sch or hitting erase 30 times because acid mist keeps going back up. Used Esuna after using Sacrifice, removed everyone else's bind but mine. Think you cant remove the buffs you sacrifice from someone with esuna. Jared Fox 21:53, 18 April 2009 (UTC)

To the above post: No, Sacrifice is not the problem. Esuna does not seem to remove all enfeebles, such as Dia cannot be removed via Esuna either. --X3n0x1d3 02:39, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Dia CAN be removed by Esuna. But Afflatus Misery must be up. I just removed diaga2 from my party yesterday--Truirony 20:38, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
