Historical background
Would it be worth clarifying the historical background. As I am aware Eurytos was the name of a giant killed by Dionysos as well as the grandson of Apollo the god of archery, himself a famed archer, but not the name of a giant archer. The bow, that according to Homer, eventually came into the possession of Odysseus was the bow that belonged to the Eurytos who was grandson of apollo. Kurodo 17:28, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
