Tested with aegis, 350% increase rule does not apply and for good reason (Overpowered?). Added about 50 damage average to a 220+/- base shield bash making it 270+/-. --Booskeydomen

Here's a thought: As a person who doesnt have this ring to test, I cant test on my own... but when the description says it "Augments" an ability, doesnt it normally add something that is uncommon to that ability on its own? ie. Valor Surcoat adding a damage -> mp convert ability "Augments Cover". Is there anything about this ring other than damage addition? I mean, when it adds damage to Shield Bash, usually it just says "Shield Bash +5" or whatever. Feels like this one has something special to it. Maybe it has a high chance of "blocking" RMT tells! --Kravler
