As nin/dnc i was soloing in the aquaducts attempting to get my gemini subligar. I had to repeatedly kill the Fomor Ranger to respawn my thf. Anyhow, i kept getting a "dia effect" with 1/tick loss periodically. It was never in direct correlation to a weapon skill or a landed attack and it was only when I fought the ranger.
