Right, so if I'm reading this correctly, each Merit consists of 2 separate entities, Magic Burst Bonus and Magic Accuracy. So, is the Macc only factored in a Magic Burst situation, or does it affect the general Macc of Freeze2 in regular situations also? --Vorinia 00:12, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
