Not seeing this as right, changing it back to 14.6%. Reason: DRG/SAM with it, +15(trait) +1(chiv chain) told me he was only getting 16% TP, meaning it can only be 14.6%x1.16, because 14.7%x1.16 = 17.0%, which he was not getting. Lancer 02:50, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Hidden effect?

Does this weapon actually have a hidden effect? I've changed it from "Latent" -> "Hidden" because it obviously shows no "Latent" effect on the weapon, and added a verification tag at the end of it.Ciecle 02:30, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
