I noticed that the latent refresh doesnt kick in until your mp is under 49. Is that supposed to be 49% or 49MP. I thought 49MP was kind of a strange and random number to pick. Anyone with an answer? I'd appreciate it.

49MP -- total. Kinda useless if you plan on using this as a "refresh" body piece and back up heal as brd or sommert - however, that is very useful for the beastmaster only needing MP for sneak/invis or whatnot. Ruhihnkait 09:49, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
