Talk:Glanzfaust
From FFXIclopedia, the free Final Fantasy XI encyclopedia
"Glanzfaust" is German for "Glossy Fist", I think, although it may sound a little weird. I think it could be interpreted as "Shining Fist", as well. Malumultimus 11:15, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
"Glanz" translates most fittingly to shining, although there are a lot of other translations. Added a note on the main page, translating it roughly to "Shining Fist" because its the most fitting translation imho. --Gisselle 09:08, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Damage/Delay
Is this accurate?
For now, yes. It's just a placeholder atm until they finish implementing the quests. --Futan 10:09, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
i have recieved reports of a set of these being sighted on remora belonging to a exodus member... figures Redchaos
Any pics or proof? Would be nice to see. Shentok 18:22, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
The full series of quests isn't even released yet. So no one can complete them yet, it's just a lie. --Futan 22:10, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
Actually, the full line of quests had been released, just no one finished them XD, see Kenkonken --GodsBlackArm 17:47, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
Well, Kenkonken was a fake, but the person did so .dat swaps with a goblin footprint to see the cutscenes so i think they are released at any rate, just no one is close to the unlocked weapons yet
Actually, the first Burtgang already exists --Lordshadow 20:52, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
Owner Reports
Almalexia of Sylph server has this weapon. It does not list the enhancement effects, but he is currently in postion of this weapon. --Mizuharu 08:38, 20 January 2009 (EST)
- The reason it does not list them is because he is not finished. Shentok 03:51, 21 January 2009 (UTC)
Chibitakuya on Odin has a completed Glanzfaust. Looks like his initial tests show increased att and possibly increased crit when using Focus and increased Counter when using Dodge. Screenshot: [1] --Inuibanshin 18:54, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
