The picture caption says the harp plays at 22:00. Is that 22:00 game or Earth time (and if Earth time, which time zone)? How long does it play for at 22:00? --IBHalliwell 10:29, 11 July 2008 (UTC)

Officials at SE state there is NO WAY to get this other than the designated rules and regulations. It can not be purchased, and is not currently a planned prize in any current or upcoming event.
