Truth be told, this would have been an excellent item if only two of the three requirements for use were needed. Sure, have to have done the outpost run, sure have to be the controlling nation, sure have to be appropriate level, but all three at the exact time you want to go there, rare at best. ex. 1 and 2 = Quick way from La Thien -> Selbina/Dunes, 1 and 3 = Useful movement, 2 and 3 = Outpost runs...I suppose with moogles in Selbina/Mhaura, this becomes even more a moot point but...eh, I do so hate to waste a charge item I get for free... >.> at a cost of my desired silver moogle belt and chocobo wands...Curses... --Storme 07:38, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
