I am not sure it is percentage based... With 70 based INT, I got a +7 Int increase with the potion, independantly of other INT+ from gear and food... -Tokenr(Bahamut)

At lvl 41 Level Sync with Base INT about 38 and INT from equipment and food about +18... I also got +7. It may just be a static +7. Can anyone else verify? Vaius 05:04, 29 March 2009 (UTC)

Tested about 10 times now at various levels, from 26 to 75 blm, ranging from 39 to 80 INT. Got 7 every time. I've received similar reports from other in my linkshell that have tested it as well using all the potions we get on ISNM runs. It's always +7. I'm changing these potions' pages to say they're a static +7. -Vindale 00:54, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
