Can anyone confirm if Juu Duzu the Whirlwind is capable of dropping neither item? Every time I've fought him he's dropped the Light Soleas, but the denominators of the two rates do not match up. If that is accurate that is fine and I won't change a thing, but it seems to me it always drops one of the items, so I'd like to reset the drop rates to better reflect that. The problem with the drop rates calculated is that they aren't normalized. The Bow's drop rate is based off of a different number of attempts than the drop rate of the Soleas. It is likely that the rates are much more skewed in the Soleas' favor. I am planning on trying to get the bow this weekend for my RNG. --Alamoth 20:46, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

The drop rate is grossly incorrect. 25%, that implies 1 in 4, right? I know people that have gone 0 in 100 over this bastard. Right now I'm 0/12 and starting to think the Hunter's Bow doesn't actually exist.Paulthemonk 10:28, March 7, 2010 (UTC)

Soloable by a 20BLM.

Soloable by a level 17 MNK/---. NM linked to another Yagudo, used Dodge and a Selbina Milk.

Soloable by 21PLD/10DNC.

Soloable Barely by a level 15DNC/7RDM Had 300TP at beginning of battle, and i used Trance at some point too. I spammed Curing Waltz literally when i could, and got a few links of a Yagudo and wasp. Was a hard battle, but i won.

Soloed twice, lvl 31/15 THF/DNC, dropped just the Light Solea on the first kill, camped the placeholders for about 1~ hour, and he dropped the Longbow on the second kill.
