Ulla and Kilhwch have been with Windy practically since the release of the expansion on Quetz, and I've seen them not only in Saruta, but also in Fort Karugo-Narugo and Sauromugue Champaign. --Kyrie 21:45, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

I have just seen him and his companion at Meriphataud Mountains also. It appears they can show up possibly at any front controlled by the country they are allied with possible. Tannlore
