Cure Potency?

Does this grip have any affect on Cure Potency? Or does it only affect Light Element Magic Spells that are *offensive* (e.g. Banish, Holy, Dia, Repose, etc)? --Boswen 19:44, 16 September 2008 (UTC)

※I'm pretty sure it will on Darksday help you reach your cure cap, but accuracy items won't take the amount past your "cap". In theory --Aizenmyou 15:44, 21 February 2009 (UTC)

Charm?

Does this Grip have any effect on charm rate for Bst using Apollo's? Aphugel 20:47, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

※I wanted to know the same thing, but I'm skeptical since it says light elemental magic. --Aizenmyou 15:34, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
  • Charm is a light-elemental based ability. Whether or not it is magical in nature is up for dispute, largely because of the limited types of mobs that you can charm. Of them, none have a magical immunity ability that you could trigger before trying to charm them. The next closest thing would possibly be Magic Defense Bonus mobs or try to test Gauge using the Grip. --Ctownwoody 15:12, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

Testing Charm on NM's and beastmen where you bind them on a successful charm would be a good way to test this as well.--Wpause 01:35, September 23, 2009 (UTC)

  • Can you explain that statement? I've never explored the mechanic between a charm-bind and a non-bind. --Ctownwoody 17:01, October 24, 2009 (UTC)
