In accordance with the Item Template, you would replace Crafted Only! with a === Limbus === Subheader and list the zones it drops in, like so:

{{AH|Materials|Smithing}}
=== Limbus ===
:*[[Apollyon NW]]
:*[[Temenos - West]]
