>was in reference to the <r> tag Haha! I just told my boyfriend to try this, and he's now telling all his party about it ^_^ They think this is a very cool discovery! Thanks for sharing! --Rixie--

Added this one, as it's particularly useful for information that doesn't need to be broadcast, but you would like displayed.

Search Comments

There are macros commands to edit search comments, and even set what your search type is. I don't recall that information off the top of my head, and I came here to see... but... it's not here XD I think that would be very useful to add. --Ganiman 07:48, 18 September 2006 (EDT)

Target Patch

The game no longer assumes that the current target is your target, you now must type <t>. This should be cleaned up. Altariel

I was about to do just that, but I was trying to find the Version Update that made that change first. Does anyone remember which update that was in? --Golddess 14:58, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

Target mobs ??

I couldnt use /ta "Target Name or Pronoun" when it comes to mobs. Has it been patch ? I could only target players or NPC... maybe the example is outdated (Example: /ta "Helm Beetle"). It should be clarified to in Command/target User:MsgMe 23:26, 13 May 2008

Same, mob was standing right in front of me and /ta "Heraldic Imp" would not work. I rocky 01:51, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

I believe typing in the exact name of a mob was removed several updates ago, to prevent people from claiming NMs/mobs without actually targeting them, if it was ever possible to do in the first place. --Docstu 01:55, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

<ncall>?

What exactly is the difference, if any, between <ncall> and <scall>? Tested both out in parties and alliance, all members could hear the call in both parties and alliances, so no difference I could observe. I rocky 01:53, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

<ncall> Causes the control to vibrate... though unlike <call> it will either always vibrate the controller, or depending on the range of the person using <ncall> it will dampen vibration depending on the distance of a your character from the source Member using <ncall>. --Laraul 02:08, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

<bt> flaw

In my personal opinion, I think the <bt> target should be working on alliance PT, since many of this battles are on a single target, and it prevents to make dumb things such as "oops I attacked the wrong mob 'cus I have <t> on my macro ; ;" In missions or dynamis stuff. Maybe an option to turn this on/off should be great. ^_^ --Edwards Caitsith 18:16, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
