This used to drop from garliage citadel coffer, but the coffers were rarely opened for anything but AF because of the difficulty, making this a very rare item, so even as it has been moved to a Notorious monster, it still remains quite rare despite the stats.Lancer 08:10, 4 August 2007 (CDT)
