I'm not sure if it's just me, but I had taken this out of storage and went to use it, but couldn't. The recast timer started up instead of the equip timer. Has any other people had this issue? Cecellia 07:50, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

If you took this back from the Event Item Storing NPC, the recharge timer has to run down before you can use it. Er... that's what I've been told. :/ - HarryXI *
