Category Confusion

This NPC is marked in the Category:San d'Oria NPCs, but it is not a San d'Orian NPC, right? If anything it is related to Windurst (see above comment), but still not even an NPC there. Is there a more fitting secondary category (other than just Category:NPCs) to place this NPC? Boswen 18:14, 22 July 2007 (CDT)
