Very Doubtful this thing gives 40 acc >.> that would mean if it gives at the suggested 10% you would need a base of 400+ acc... which means you'd be dangerously close to teh 95% hard cap long b4 u used this damn thing. Clearly you don't know how to check accuracy. It doesn't need to be parsed. You can check the accuracy by adding or removing gear and checking a monster to see what its evasion reads (low eva, no message, high eva). Someone on FFXIAH.com also said that they checked and gained 30 accuracy at 300 base accuracy, which is 10%. Annalise 16:09, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
