I would like to let anyone who has these or is going to get these to know you have to have signet on for them to work i found this out the hard way. --Elpolloloco 11:31, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

All conquest related items that state something about "your nation is" or "is not" in control require signet to work. Been that way for a very long time. Some times work with sigil or sanction when you are in conquest zones as well but they will not work outside conquest type zones. --Bekisa 05:24, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

A bit odd?

Does anyone find it a bit off that these, along with other CP items, are Exclusive but not Rare? Is there a purpose to this? I doubt anyone would have a reason to own more than one pair of these bracelets per character. I rocky 20:06, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

Not sure who changed it, but they work in SEA, 100% sure if tested befor, and re-test right now that they work in SEA
