I have Sterling Star Emblem but am unable to access this quest. Anyone else have this problem? In-fact I have Mythril Star Emblem and still cant access this quest. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by FFXI-Blink (talk • contribs).

I know that sometimes Campaign Ops disappear for some reason even after you activate them. Sometimes I will be unable to do Steel Resolve Ops or other ones involving items/synthesis. I think it may have to do with the current resource status of your nation. - Hiachi 00:37, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
