Possibly the best cape for Black mage that there is currently.

Macro in for drain/aspir etc.. and also good to use on EXP mobs, and more so on HNM like Fafnir, Tiamat etc.. where you need all the elemental magic + you can get.

The + enhancing magic can also help a small ammount on the ammount of damage you're stoneskin takes. (Although this is majorly based on MND)
