  • IDK if i'm really unlucky or they changed the drop rates but im 0/35 on footsoldiers in Davoi as 75 WHM / 37 THF Jado818 15:22, 9 March 2009 (UTC)... i just checked my storage and i had a soiled letter in my storage.. so maybe the drop rate sucks if you've already gotten one. I didn't receive a duplicate which is why i, (being the retard I am) continued trying to get one.
