So the refresh effect effectively cancels out due to the draining MP effect, unless the Latent Refresh is more than 1mp, which doesn't make sense to say that it drains 1mp. Simply seems like you don't get refresh, and it is near impossible to build TP with. Seems like it was just meant to be a casting weapon. I don't think it drains MP. I think it converts 3TP to 1MP per tick. --Loeyuue 01:55, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
