Always? Not so. There are several items that give more than 1hp/tick. Note that on the Regen effect page it says that the Muscle Belt +1 gives 2hp/tick. However, that information is not on the page for Muscle Belt +1, so I am seeking confirmation of it here. --Volkai 15:28, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

Is the "Counter +2" part of the latent or always active, wasn't sure since it is on the line below?
