I call shenanigans on the increase of Treasure Caskets in Ru'Aun Gardens, simply because when you enter Ru'Aun Gardens, the message regarding the Super Kupowers does not appear, indicating that the Super Kupowers do not apply in sky. --BobTheGreat 08:03, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Yes, after zoning into sky I didnt recieve the message either, so this is a safe assumption. Someone already removed it from the list so it should be as close to accurate as it can be at the moment.--Tristaenkun 09:16, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

I can confirm Ro'maeve is effected, as I recieved 3 browns back to back then two blue caskets, used to go 1-2 hours w/o seeing a brown or a blue. Sanjuro asura 10:51, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

That doesn't mean the effects are active there, it's possible to receive those appearances regardless of this event or not. If you don't get the message when entering the zone, the effects aren't active there.--Anthoron T/ C 13:01, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
