Speculation

Very little has been said about this parliament. I am assuming that they are all male tarutarus since it is called a "patriarch" possibly because the Star Sibyl, the leader of Windurst, is always a female tarutaru. There is no information where they assemble at in Windurst, if they do so formerly. I'm also guessing that Mithra are not part of this rulership, since all Mithra that leave their home country are females. --Pinkfae 11:27, 23 August 2006 (EDT)
