Does this guy show up on a different day in each RoZ zone for a similar quest? It would follow a theme, and aren't there 6 or 8 RoZ regions? ~~Chrisjander

Actually, I've been wondering the same thing. I've been debating scoping them out. However, Zilart has been around for a while, and you figure if he's been in other zones, someone should have seen him by now. I has been a year and a half. - Mierin
