Note: I am currently BST64 and I have a macros line#1 /equip body "Beast Jackcoat", line#2 /equip feet "Beastgaiters", line#3 /wait 1, line#4 /ja Reward <me> and using this Pet Food Delta Biscuit gives the pet 217~HP and not 150. the BST AF body and feet as you some know boost up Reward.

If you read the Reward page you will see why it is giving you more than 150 HP back per biscuit. Also, the Beast Jackcoat doesn't increase the amount of HP gained from Reward, but instead removes some negative status ailments.
