Got the CS as SMN/SCH and popped as RDM/NIN, never did anthing as whm except opening the quest.

You don't need to be on WHM for the fei'Yin CS

- confirming that you do not need to be on WHM to get Fei'Yin CS - I got it on THF and I don't even have the bell, only have the quest started Hi-chu 00:55, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
