Unless you provide substantial proof, I'm adding a verification tag. And of course you're going to get a ->small increase in accuracy and critical hit rate because it does have DEX on it. But saying that it has a crit rate +3% is purely rediculous. Kisukesama 22:47, 29 April 2009
