I think some stat (the target's stat, not necessarily the caster's) may affect the duration of this spell, or else it is slightly random. When I used it with Diffusion for the hell of it, it lasted for 48 seconds on me (BLU/NIN), 54 seconds on a WHM/BLM, and 56 seconds on a RDM/WHM. Possibly INT?
