On the magic accuracy page it says

HQ elemental staves have been proven to give 30 magic accuracy as hidden effect, which, depending on your total magic accuracy M, can give any walue between 15% and 30% landing rate, not counting the magic accuracy given by the various stats on them(INT+5 for Aquillo's staff for exemple).

If it is true then why isn't it added all the hidden effects for HQ staves. I think its some what a significant number to have +30 magic accuracy for one item. --Lord0din69 03:48, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
