I believe it has about the same activation rate as Double Attack and Zanshin(About 10%). Also, I think Hunter's Beret adds about an additional 1~2% while Relic Body adds an additional 5%. Further testing is required to verify these numbers, though. -Kit- 02:53, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
What good does this do for blue mage? does it allow ranged attack spells like feather storm to occasionally be instant cast or something? Tahngarthortalk-contribs 08:03, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
It doesn't affect any of the Blue Mage's spells. For them, it's quite the red herring. (Though it is possible to use it with chakrams... for whatever reason.) --Taeria Saethori 18:45, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
