cant get on to double check, but regarding this line
Game Description: Increases resistance against bind.

Ummm...hmmm...I'm guessing that's a typo...? I would think it should say
Game Description: Increases resistance against petrification.
Thus, it would not really help when fighting worms. But maybe the game really does say bind...

The official description is "Gives you a slight resistance against petrification."
Fitting, since I hardly ever notice it even when I'm hit with a petrification attack/spell, and if I am I generally don't notice a difference in duration (Dynamis - Bastok scorpions).
- Mostly during Dynamis, I notice in only helps in the duration of the effect. Very rarely, if at all, has it ever resisted completely. --Charitwo 16:49, 2 May 2007 (CDT)
Tested with hyppogryphs, there is no form of change to the duration of the effect at all wearing resist petri gear, does increase the chance of resisting though. --Urat 22:26, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
