The +crit on Retributor is nice for Rampage, but the delay really kills its dps, making it a bad weapon for TP burn. It seems like a plausible option for a BST using slept TP or an Icarus Wing for burst damage in a BCNM; a WAR would just use Mighty Strikes in such a situation, so the +crit wouldn't be needed. It might possibly be useful on HNM where pDIF is very low due to level correction, but probably not. --Valyana 14:02, 1 July 2007 (CDT)
