Could someone describe what this item does. I am unsure of how it works and would like a brief description.

It will warp you to a regions outpost if that region is controlled by your home country. So if in Bibiki Bay and your home country controlls Kolshushu you will be warped to the outpost in Buburimu Peninsula (if memory serves anyway). I don't think the ring will work if your home country does not control the region (it didn't when all the regions outside Jeuno were under Windurst control anyway) it will just cancel the activation, no charges used. This ring and the Homing Ring are useful for people who have completed most/all the supplies quests. I own a Homing Ring myself. --Perim 06:22, 20 May 2006 (PDT)

Does anyone know whether it is connected to current lvl? I don't think so, cause that would imply a lvl 20 restriction for usage, but has someone tried to use a Return Ring with a lvl 1 job in a starting region? --Elvaron 05:48, 22 September 2006 (GMT+1)

There is no level cap to use the Ring, the only problem is most outposts need you to be a certain level to port back to your home city using them. So if you are using the ring just to get closer to the outpost, sure any level is fine, but if you are using it to get to your home city, make sure you are the required level to use whatever outpost you choose. --Nynaeve 23:50, 21 September 2006 (EDT)
