Nation?
When I first talked with him he rattled off a quote about smelling of parliment. (this quote was on the Rongo-Nango [S] page before that page was deleted) After the first time though, he would only repeat the catching him unawares line.
I'm wondering how much nation of alligance plays a factor with this NPC and if it's possible for him to ally with windurst at all.

I know this isn't of much use to anyone but something neat to look at. It seems one of the things Rongo-Nango says is a modified version of what Agent Smith says in the first Matrix movie.

Saw something in here before saying that he can't be allied to Windurst, but he currently is on Leviathan. I updated the page to show his location in Windurst Waters. --Gojiras 03:47, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
